팬 위에 굵은 소금을 넉넉히 깔고 그 위에 새우를 올려 구우면
새우 껍질이 타지 않으면서도 속살은 촉촉하게 익어 나와요!!
뜨거운 열기에 서서히 붉게 변하는 새우를 보고 있으면 군침이 줄줄..
평소에 대하구이를 정말 좋아하지만
블랙타이거새우는 확실히 다른 매력이 있었어요!
껍질을 벗기는 순간부터 느껴지는 고소한 향
그리고 두툼한 살에서 터져 나오는 풍부한 육즙은
일반 대하와는 비교가 되지 않더라구요!
가장 인상적인 순간은 한입 베어 물 때 느껴지는
뽀드득! 식감이 자체가 예술이었어요
여기에 깜짝 놀란 조합은 바로 치즈소스였는데요!
치즈 특유의 부드럽고 고소한 맛이
새우의 감칠맛과 만나 풍미가 예술이었어요
