Polizeieinsatz in Mannheim: Mann bedroht Beamte mit waffenähnlichem Gegenstand
Mannheim: Am Freitagnachmittag gegen 16:15 Uhr kam es in der Waldstraße in Mannheim zu einem größeren Polizeieinsatz.Zuvor war über den Notruf eine randalierende Person in einem Mehrfamilienhaus gemeldet worden.
Als die Streifenwagenbesatzung eintraf, wurden die Beamten von einem 24-jährigen Mann mit einem waffenähnlichen Gegenstand bedroht. Der Mann zog sich anschließend in seine Wohnung zurück und reagierte nicht mehr auf die Ansprache der Polizei.
Daraufhin wurde das Wohnhaus von zahlreichen Einsatzkräften umstellt und abgesichert. Nach intensiven Verhandlungen gelang es den Beamten schließlich, den Mann zum Verlassen seiner Wohnung zu bewegen. Er wurde daraufhin widerstandslos festgenommen.
Verletzt wurde bei dem Einsatz niemand.
