🔴🔵 Pago de multas de transporte antiguas se calcula con el valor actual de la UIT

Luego de verificar las normativas vigentes en el ámbito del transporte, el conductor Tito Alvites señala que el nuevo Congreso tendrá la tarea de revisar las disposiciones relacionadas con el artículo 311, teniendo en cuenta el inciso correspondiente, para que las multas puedan congelarse en el momento en que se imponen. Actualmente, al pagar una multa antigua, se genera un doble cobro debido a que se calcula con base en la UIT vigente.
