Ексрозвідника Романа Червінського відпустили зі слідчого ізолятора
Колишній виконувач обов’язків командира однієї з частин Сил спецоперацій Роман Червінський вийшов зі слідчого ізолятора. Раніше за нього внесли заставу у понад дев’ять мільйонів гривень.15 липня апеляційний суд Кропивницького ухвалив рішення випустити Червінського під заставу у понад дев’ять мільйонів гривень. Адвокат Червінського Костянтин Глоба зазначив, що судовий розгляд тривав сім годин, а 27 народних депутатів та ще 51 людина просили взяти Червінського на поруки.
Заставу за нього вніс фонд Петра Порошенка.
Колишньому військовослужбовцю Головного управління розвідки та Сил спеціальних операцій Роману Червінському загрожує від 8 до 12 років позбавлення волі. Його звинувачують у перевищенні службових повноважень у справі про спробу викрадення російського літака. На думку слідства, такі дії Червінського нібито призвели до обстрілу аеродрому «Канатове» на Кіровоградщині.
Сам Червінський вважає кримінальну справу проти себе політично мотивованою. На його думку, розслідування може бути пов’язаним із тим, що він в 2021 році говорив про зрив операції з «вагнерівцями».
