Using yoga blocks for support, we move through a combination of restorative positions, mobility work, and deep breathing to open the body and calm the nervous system.

This practice is slow, grounding, and intentionally simple — allowing your body to soften and release without force.

This flow includes:
• Supported chest opening with yoga blocks
• Deep breathing for relaxation and release
• Spinal movement (flexion and extension)
• Hip opening + hip flexor stretches
• Yogi squat and gentle full body mobility

This practice is perfect if you:
