Avrupa’yı sarsan Rus köstebeği: Ajan Egisto Ott ve Wirecard skandalı
Avusturya'nın başkenti Viyana'dan başlayıp Münih, Budapeşte ve İstanbul aktarmalı olarak Moskova'ya uzanan, küresel finans skandalları ile karanlık istihbarat operasyonlarının kesiştiği devasa bir casusluk ağı deşifre oldu.Avusturya tarihinin en büyük güvenlik krizlerinden birinin merkezindeki isim, eski istihbarat görevlisi Egisto Ott. 20 Mayıs 2026 tarihinde Viyana'da sonuçlanan davada casusluktan suçlu bulunarak 4 yıl 1 ay hapis cezası alan 63 yaşındaki Ott, Rusya İç İstihbarat Servisi FSB ile yürüttüğü iş birliğiyle Avrupa'nın güvenlik duvarlarını sarstı.
Egisto Ott, Avusturya'nın artık aktif olmayan Federal Anayasayı Koruma ve Terörle Mücadele Kurumu bünyesindeki (BVT) yetkilerini kötüye kullanarak geniş çaplı bir veri hırsızlığı gerçekleştirdi. Özellikle 2015-2021 yılları arasında yoğunlaşan bu faaliyetler, müttefik istihbarat servislerinin takibiyle ortaya çıkarıldı.
Ülkede yaşayan Rus muhaliflerin, eski ajanların ve Kremlin'i ifşa eden Christo Grozev ile Roman Dobrokhotov gibi 300'den fazla araştırmacı gazetecinin pasaport kayıtları, ikametgah adresleri ve seyahat geçmişleri Rusya'ya servis edildi.
Eski ajan, yürüttüğü bu yasa dışı veri tabanı sorgulamaları ve belge transferleri karşılığında zarflar içinde toplam 80.000 avro nakit ödeme aldı.
Casusluk ağının lojistik ve kurye operasyonlarında Türkiye önemli bir transit geçiş noktası oldu. İddianame kayıtlarına göre Ott'un ele geçirdiği gizli SİNA-S bilgisayarı, şebekenin lideri firari iş adamı Jan Marsalek'in Berlin'de organize ettiği iki Bulgar kuryeye teslim edildi.
Ott, Ağustos 2019'da Berlin’deki Tiergarten parkında Çeçen muhalif Zelimkhan Khangoshvili’yi öldüren FSB ajanı Vadim Krasikov’un yakalanma sürecine dair özel bir "hata analizi" raporu hazırladı.
Rapora konu olan tetikçi Vadim Krasikov, 2024 yılında Ankara Esenboğa Havalimanı'nda gerçekleştirilen büyük esir takası operasyonu kapsamında Almanya'dan teslim alınarak Rusya'ya iade edildi.
