Non gli sembra una grandissima idea, dice, anche se capisce la logica politica che ci sta dietro. Il problema è duplice: prima di tutto bisogna definire cosa sia un extraprofitto, e non si può cambiare il livello di tassazione per un singolo settore ogni volta che si presenta un'emergenza. Il sistema fiscale, aggiunge, deve essere stabile. Se si vuole una tassazione progressiva — più alti i profitti, più alta l'aliquota — deve valere per tutti i settori, non solo per le società energetiche.
