Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, menegaskan pada Senin (22/9/2025) di Gedung Merah Putih, Jakarta, bahwa proses penyidikan masih terus berjalan.
Serta tidak ada pihak luar yang ikut campur.
Ia menjelaskan, KPK masih melakukan pemanggilan saksi-saksi dari berbagai pihak.
Termasuk Kementerian Agama, biro perjalanan, hingga asosiasi terkait.
Budi mengatakan, lembaganya sedang mendalami peran.
Serta keterlibatan pihak-pihak yang diduga mengetahui konstruksi perkara.
Menurutnya, proses penyidikan berjalan sesuai mekanisme tanpa tekanan politik.
Sebelumnya, Plt Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, menyebut penetapan tersangka akan dilakukan dalam waktu dekat.
Namun, ia tidak merinci kapan pengumuman resmi akan disampaikan.
Asep menegaskan calon tersangka sudah ada, dan hal itu akan diumumkan melalui konferensi pers dalam waktu dekat.
