Kemenkominfo Gunakan Kunci Peretas, Berhasil Buka Sejumlah Spesimen Data PDNS

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika menyatakan telah mencoba kunci yang diberikan kelompok peretas Brain Cipher untuk membuka Pusat Data Nasional Sementara atau PDNS.

Kunci itu berhasil digunakan sehingga Kemenkominfo sedang berupaya memulihkan seluruh data PDNS.

Menurut Dirjen Aplikasi dan Informatika Kementerian Kominfo, Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan kelompok Brain cipher telah memberikan kunci untuk membuka enskripsi Ransomware yang menyandera PDNS.

Kemenkominfo pun telah menggunakan kunci tersebut dan berhasil membuka sejumlah spesimen data.

Namun Kemenkominfo belum mengetahui apakah semua file bisa dibuka dengan kunci yang diberikan kelompok peretas, karena itu tim dari Kominfo dan BSSN masih memerlukan waktu untuk memulihkan seluruh data PDNS.
