Del Fante: "Grazie ai nostri dipendenti 2025 ancora migliore dell'anno passato"
(Agenzia Vista) Poste Italiane archivia un 2024 da record e rivede al rialzo gli obiettivi del 2025 grazie al contributo di tutte le linee di business e, soprattutto, al grande lavoro dei suoi 120.000 dipendenti. L’Ad Matteo Del Fante intervistato dal TG Poste ha voluto manifestare la sua gratitudine per i risultati raggiunti, indicando le prossime sfide che attendono il Gruppo. “Questa azienda – ha detto Del Fante – non produce beni fisici ma offre servizi. Se i nostri colleghi operativi e l’azienda tutta non collaborassero non si raggiungerebbero questi numeri. Quando si ottiene più di quello che ci si aspettava, significa che tutti i colleghi ci hanno messo passione ed è la cosa per noi più importante. Un grazie sulla base di risultati concreti”. Del Fante si è poi soffermato sui principali obiettivi per il 2025. “Rimaniamo focalizzati sulla logistica, in particolare sui pacchi – ha continuato l’Amministratore Delegato di Poste Italiane –. Resteranno importanti i prodotti di risparmio: quest’anno ricorre il 150° anniversario del libretto postale e il centenario del buono fruttifero. Stiamo studiando con Cassa Depositi e Prestiti delle emissioni per celebrare le soluzioni di risparmio più apprezzate dagli italiani, per un valore di 340 miliardi. Per quanto riguarda la protezione sarà un anno molto positivo. Per la nostra offerta di luce e gas il 2025 sarà storico perché ci siamo dati l’obiettivo di raggiungere il milione di contratti. Al momento Poste Energia conta 700mila clienti, abbiamo ancora lavoro da fare”, ha concluso Del Fante.Poste
