(LaPresse) Il Comitato di redazione di Repubblica in protesta contro il patron del gruppo editoriale Gedi John Elkann alla mostra per i 50 anni del giornale. Una trentina di giornalisti del Cdr del quotidiano hanno atteso l’arrivo del Presidente della Repubblica Sergio Mattarella all’Ex Mattatoio di Roma accolto da Elkann per un sit in contro la gestione del gruppo e l’intenzione di vendere a un imprenditore greco. I giornalisti hanno esposto gli striscioni con scritto “La Repubblica siamo noi” e “Elkann non è la tua festa”, suonato fischietti e intonato il coro “Fatti vedere, Elkann fatti vedere”. «Dopo quasi sei anni di gestione disastrosa del gruppo editoriale - recita un volantino distribuito dai cronisti - l’attuale proprietario John Elkann ha deciso di vendere quel che resta di Gedi a una società di un armatore greco. È un suo diritto ed è nostro diritto e dovere pretendere alcune cose» prosegue, chiedendo la garanzia occupazionale, il mantenimento della cultura «di sinistra, progressista moderna e antifascista e trasparenza per una cessione che sta avvenendo in una coltre di mistero».
