Hal itu diungkap Direktur Pengukuhan dan Penatagunaan Kawasan Hutan di Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia, Herban Heryandana saat dihadirkan sebagai saksi dalam perkara korupsi perkebunan sawit di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau, periode 2004-2022 dengan terdakwa tujuh korporasi, di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jakarta, hari ini, Senin (7/7/2025).
Herban Heryandana mengatakan SK pelepasan hutan tersebut belum diterima Duta Palma Group lantaran persyaratan yang mereka telah berikan belum lengkap.
