오늘은 과일모찌를 만들어 먹었어요🍓🍊🥝
(딸기, 귤, 키위)
모찌는 은근 만들기 어려운 음식이라
예전에는 눈대중으로 반죽했다가 실패한 적도 있었거든요🥹
너무 질어지거나 딱딱해지면 식감이 바로 달라져서
이번에는 제대로 만들어보고 싶어서 계량해서 반죽했어요!
재료
찹쌀가루 300g
설탕 60g
전분가루 20g
뜨거운 물 300ml
이렇게 넣어서 만들었는데
확실히 계량해서 만드니까 반죽 상태가 진짜 너무 좋더라구요✨
쫀득쫀득하면서도 엄청 부드럽고
입에 넣자마자 찰기가 기분 좋게 늘어나는데
씹을수록 달달한 맛이 은은하게 올라와서
반죽만 먹어도 맛있더라구요🤣
저는 과일을 딸기, 귤, 키위 이렇게 넣어봤는데
과일마다 맛이 완전 달라서 먹는 재미가 있었어요!
확실히 과일에 수분감이 많아서 그런지
씹을 때마다 촉촉한 과즙이 계속 나와서
꿀떡꿀떡 잘 넘어가고 정말 최고였어요!!
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 😊
