Tief in dir gibt es einen Ort, der immer ruhig ist. Egal, was um dich herum passiert – dort ist Stille. Egal, welche Gefühle kommen und gehen – dort bist du einfach du. Das ist deine innere Essenz. Dein wahres Wesen. Das, was du wirklich bist, bevor dir jemand gesagt hat, wer du sein sollst.Im Alltag geht dieser Ort oft verloren. Zwischen Terminen, Verpflichtungen und den Stimmen anderer Menschen vergessen wir manchmal ganz, wer wir eigentlich sind. Wir verwechseln unsere Gedanken mit uns selbst. Unsere Gefühle mit uns selbst. Unsere Rollen mit uns selbst.
Diese Imagination ist eine Einladung, nach Hause zu kommen. Zu dem Ort in dir, der unberührt bleibt von allem Äußeren. Mit sanften Worten begleite ich dich dorthin – Schicht für Schicht, immer tiefer, bis du nur noch du selbst bist.
Es ist eine Übung, um anzukommen. Um zu spüren, was wirklich zählt. Um die leise, aber kraftvolle Stimme deiner Essenz wieder zu hören.
