(Agenzia Vista) "La richiesta dovrà fornire un elenco di massima delle misure che lo Stato membro intende finanziare e una stima preliminare dei costi attesi. La Commissione Europea valuterà tali richieste nel mese di settembre, eventualmente raccomandandone l'approvazione al Consiglio, che dovrebbe formalizzare la raccomandazione nella riunione Ecofin di ottobre. A seguito di tale raccomandazione si procederà, anche nelle more dell'aggiornamento della disciplina contabile nazionale alla nuova governance economica europea, in via analoga al ricorso alla procedura prevista dall'articolo 6 della legge 243 del 2012, al fine di poter dar conto del quantum delle clausole utilizzate e degli interventi ai quali le relative risorse saranno destinate: cioè il cosiddetto scostamento di bilancio."
