Topan Bualoi Ancam Vietnam, Ratusan Ribu Warga Dievakuasi dan Sejumlah Bandara Ditutup

TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Vietnam dilaporkan siaga penuh menghadapi Topan Bualoi yang diperkirakan mendarat pada Minggu (28/9/2025) sore.

Diketahui, pemerintah setempat mengevakuasi ratusan ribu warga dan menutup empat bandara untuk mengurangi dampak badai.

Sekira 250.000 orang telah dipindahkan ke lokasi aman, sementara lebih dari 100.000 personel militer dikerahkan membantu evakuasi.

Badan meteorologi Vietnam memperingatkan topan ini membawa angin kencang berkecepatan hingga 130 kilometer per jam.

Dampaknya diperkirakan meluas, mulai dari hujan deras, banjir, tanah longsor, hingga banjir bandang.

Perdana Menteri, Pham Minh Chinh, menyerukan kesiapsiagaan penuh menghadapi badai tersebut.

Sementara itu, di Provinsi Quang Tri, tiga nelayan dilaporkan hilang setelah kapal mereka tenggelam diterjang gelombang besar.

Delapan orang lainnya berhasil diselamatkan.

Di Da Nang, lebih dari 210.000 penduduk dievakuasi, sementara 32.000 warga di Hue juga dipindahkan.

Sementara itu, di Ha Tinh, 15.000 orang ditampung di sekolah dan pusat medis.

Pemerintah juga mengerahkan ratusan pekerja memperkuat garis pantai dengan karung pasir, bambu, dan batu.

Sebelum menuju Vietnam, Topan Bualoi dilaporkan telah menghantam Filipina pada Jumat (26/9/2025) dan menewaskan sedikitnya 10 orang.
