KOMPAS.TV - Sekolah Rakyat Pangudi Luhur, Bekasi, besok siap memulai program belajar mengajar terhadap para siswanya.
Sejumlah fasilitas penunjang belajar mengajar sudah siap digunakan untuk siswa-siswi Sekolah Rakyat.
Kepala Sentra Terpadu Pangudi Luhur, Wahyu Dewanto, sangat optimistis hari pertama bisa berjalan baik. Nantinya, siswa-siswi akan mulai aktivitas sejak pukul 04.00 pagi hingga pukul 09.00 malam.
Hari pertama, siswa-siswi dijadwalkan tiba pukul 08.00 pagi untuk orientasi sekolah. Nantinya, siswa akan menerima berbagai pendidikan, mulai dari karakter hingga bakat dan kemampuan.
Jelang dimulainya Sekolah Rakyat, Wakil Menteri Sosial, Agus Jabo, meninjau langsung kesiapan Sekolah Rakyat Politeknik Kesejahteraan Sosial (Poltekesos) Kota Bandung.
Wamensos menyatakan 100 Sekolah Rakyat di seluruh Indonesia siap beroperasi 14 Juli 2025.
Wamensos juga memantau kesiapan ruang kelas serta asrama di Sekolah Rakyat Poltekesos Kota Bandung. Seratus anak telah masuk seleksi berdasarkan Data Tunggal Sosial Ekonomi Nasional.
Kurikulum yang disiapkan dalam Sekolah Rakyat mencakup kurikulum nasional, pendidikan karakter, dan kurikulum boarding school.
