Menko Yusril: Presiden Prabowo Nilai TGPF Demo Agustus Tak Perlu Dibentuk | SAPA MALAM
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menko Hukum, HAM, Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan, Yusril Ihza Mahendra menyatakan Presiden Prabowo Subianto tidak akan membentuk Tim Gabungan Pencari Fakta kasus demo rusuh Agustus lalu.Menko Yusril menyatakan, Presiden Prabowo menilai TGPF kasus demo Agustus tidak perlu dibentuk karena sudah ada tim pencari fakta dari berbagai lembaga HAM.
Menurut Yusril, Presiden mempersilakan Komnas HAM dan lembaga HAM lain untuk melakukan pencarian fakta dari peristiwa unjuk rasa akhir Agustus yang memakan korban jiwa tersebut.
Sebelumnya, Presiden Prabowo sempat menyatakan akan mempertimbangkan pembentukan tim pencari fakta saat menerima para tokoh yang tergabung dalam Gerakan Nurani Bangsa.
Polda Metro Jaya berhasil menemukan dua dari empat orang yang dilaporkan hilang dalam demo akhir Agustus lalu.
Keduanya ditemukan di dua lokasi berbeda: satu di Malang, Jawa Timur, dan lainnya di Kalimantan Tengah.
