Kidney dialysis machines have stopped, with intensive care units barely functioning; hundreds of lives are at immediate risk.
Patients describe being turned away, forced to endure life-threatening fluid buildup without treatment. One dialysis patient warned, ‘Missing one session could kill me’, as accumulated toxins poison their body.
The crisis highlights how Gaza’s survival hinges not just on avoiding bombs but on sustaining basic medical infrastructure.
