까라비네로 새우의 맛을 제대로 비교해 보고 싶어서
반은 생으로 준비하고 나머지 반은 촉촉하게 쪄봤어요
먼저 생으로 준비한 까라비네로 새우를 먹어봤는데요
한입 베어 물자 새우 특유의 달큰한 맛이 느껴졌고
씹을수록 바다 향과 감칠맛이 진하게 올라왔어요
일반 생새우보다 확실히 맛도 조금 더 진하고 묵직하고
아무것도 찍지 않고 먹어도 심심하지 않을 정도로
새우 자체의 단맛과 짭조름한 감칠맛이 충분했어요
새우 머리를 열어보면 안쪽에 내장이 아주 가득 들어 있는데요
사실 내장 비주얼이 그렇게 맛있어 보이는 비주얼은 아니긴해요
처음 보는 분들에게는 살짝 징그럽거나
낯설게 느껴질 수도 있을 것 같은데
생김새와는 다르게 맛은 정말 진하고 고소하거든요!!
게딱지 안에 들어 있는 게 내장을 먹는 것처럼 녹진하고 진한 맛!
짭조름하면서도 고소한 감칠맛이 굉장히 진해서
몸통 살과 함께 먹으니 풍미가 훨씬 풍부해지더라고요
생으로 먹었을 때는 부드럽고 촉촉한 식감이 강했다면
쪄서 먹으니 살이 훨씬 탄탄하고 탱글탱글한 식감!
살을 머리 쪽 내장에 살짝 묻혀 먹으니
담백한 새우 살에 짭조름하고 고소한 맛이 더해져서 최고였어요
