OTT terhadap Noel itu mengejutkan publik pasalnya Presiden Prabowo Subianto sendiri mengklaim sangat gencar dalam memberantas korupsi.
Namun justru pembantunya yakni wakil menteri ditangkap KPK terkait kasus dugaan pemerasan.
Noel menjadi anggota kabinet Prabowo pertama yang ditangkap KPK.
Pengamat politik Khalid Zabidi menilai OTT terhadap Noel itu menjadi peringatan keras pada pejabat negara.
Adanya OTT itu membuktikan bahwa pembantu presiden pun tak luput terjaring KPK.
Menurut Khalid, ditangkapnya Noel sejalan dengan langkah Prabowo yang lantang menyuarakan ingin memberantas korupsi.
Oleh karena itu Khalid mengimbau kepada para penyelenggara negara untuk mematuhi arahan dari Prabowo yang tegas menyatakan komitmennya dalam memberantas korupsi.
Ia menilai komitmen Presiden harus didukung penuh oleh para pejabat di kabinetnya.
Khalid menilai ditangkapnya Noel oleh KPK merupakan langkah pemberantasan korupsi sekaligus pembersihan kabinet Prabowo.
Khalid mengatakan peristiwa OTT KPK terhadap Noel itu merupakan upaya bersih-bersih kabinet dari orang yang tidak sejalan dengan misi Presiden dalam memberantas korupsi. (Tribun-Video.com/Tribunnews.com)
