Kembali Diperiksa KPK Usai Ditahan, PDIP Hasto: Jawab 52 Pertanyaan, Sifat Mengonfirmasi
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Sekretaris Jenderal PDI-P, Hasto Kristiyanto, menjalani pemeriksaan pertama sebagai tahanan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).Menurut Hasto, penyidik memeriksanya sebagai saksi untuk tersangka Doni Istiqomah dalam kasus suap pergantian antarwaktu (PAW) anggota DPR.
Hasto menyebut dirinya mendapat 52 pertanyaan dari penyidik. Ia juga mengatakan bahwa sejumlah pertanyaan yang diajukan merupakan pengulangan dari yang telah disampaikan sebelumnya.
Karena itu, menurut Hasto, penyidik seolah ingin mengulang kembali proses hukum perkara PAW anggota DPR yang sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap.
