🔴 Ucrania se aproxima a un punto de inflexión político en plena guerra. La eventual convocatoria de elecciones bajo ley marcial, planteada por Volodímir Zelenski en un horizonte de 60 a 90 días si se garantizase la seguridad, abre un debate que va mucho más allá del calendario electoral. El problema combina un marco legal que bloquea los comicios, obstáculos materiales de gran magnitud —millones de desplazados, infraestructuras dañadas, frente activo— y un desgaste interno del poder presidencial marcado por la centralización, la tensión con los alcaldes y los efectos políticos de los escándalos de corrupción.
🔴 Al mismo tiempo, el factor decisivo procede del exterior. El cambio de tono de Washington, con una presión creciente para celebrar elecciones y aceptar un plan de paz desfavorable para Kiev, ha transformado la cuestión electoral en una herramienta de negociación estratégica. Entre la necesidad de preservar la legitimidad del estado, el riesgo de un proceso electoral inviable y la amenaza de perder el respaldo del principal aliado militar, Zelenski intenta ganar margen de maniobra mientras la guerra se cronifica y el equilibrio interno se vuelve cada vez más frágil.
