La Polizia di Stato ha arrestato a Milano un cittadino egiziano di 24 anni accusato di rapina pluriaggravata per avere rubato una catenina d'oro a una coppia di turisti la sera del 5 giugno 2026 in via Torino. Gli agenti di pattuglia in borghese avevano assistito alla rapina, messa a segno da un gruppo di giovani, e avevano subito bloccato quattro dei responsabili, arrestando in flagranza tre cittadini egiziani maggiorenni e denunciando un minorenne per rapina pluriaggravata. I successivi approfondimenti investigativi, svolti attraverso l'analisi dei sistemi di videosorveglianza e ulteriori accertamenti di polizia giudiziaria, hanno consentito di individuare il quinto componente del gruppo, inizialmente riuscito a sottrarsi all'arresto. Mentre gli altri complici bloccavano e aggredivano le vittime, il 24enne aveva strappato dal collo di uno dei turisti la collana, del valore di circa 2.870 euro, per poi darsi alla fuga.
