Direktur Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri Brigjen Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro mengatakan jika Polda Jawa Barat akan tetap patuh dengan putusan praperadilan tersebut.
Pengadilan Negeri Bandung, Jawa Barat, membebaskan tersangka kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eki Cirebon, Pegi Setiawan.
Putusan itu dibacakan oleh Hakim Tunggal Eman Sulaeman dalam sidang putusan praperadilan Pegi Setiawan di Pengadilan Negeri Bandung, Senin (8/7/2024).
Dalam perimbangannya Hakim Tunggal, Eman Sulaeman menilai tidak ditemukan bukti satu pun bahwa Pegi alias Perong pernah dilakukan pemeriksaan sebagai calon tersangka oleh Polda Jawa Barat.
