Військовослужбовці 108-ї бригади ТРО перебувають на позиціях на Запорізькому напрямку понад 3 місяці. Термін перебування деяких більше ніж 150 днів. Про це Радіо Свобода стало відомо зі слів родичів бійців, вони звернулися в редакцію з проханням висвітлити ситуацію, у яку потрапили їх рідні.Військові тримають позиції в умовах дефіциту їжі та води: «на двох бійців снікерс, мівіна і 0,5 пляшечки води», – розповідає про службу батька Владислав Товстоног, син одного із військових на позиції. Із восьми людей, хто там перебуває троє – із пораненнями. Один із них – Олег, чоловік Ренати Корінної, яка розповіла Радіо Свобода про службу коханого. На наступний день після розмови із Радіо Свобода Рената дізналась, що її чоловік загинув, так і не повернувшись із позицій.
