A NEW Meta Hunter Build That You Will Love! Have fun! [Destiny 2 Hunter Build]
So I took this this Build through a negative 40 power level mission and I have to say it made me really enjoy Hunter again.
I'm not sure how you all feel but Hunter over the last few years has been falling behind in the sandbox to Warlocks and Titans in my opinion. I'm not saying there bad by any means, but when it comes to playstyle, fun ability rotations and just overall power fantasy. They have definitely fallen behind for me. I think that stems from a lack of sustainable survivability in difficult content.
Void has invisibility but you need to be invisible, not shooting. Solar has restoration x1 which fails to hold up in difficult content. Even strand had one option, crytachne and grapple. Stasis was bad with no sustained healing But with it's recent Stasis shard buff on the no cooldown it is so much better. I think i might finally give you all a pure Stasis Hunter build that you have been asking for.
I say all that to get the point across that this build provides layers upon layers of survivability while still giving us that power fantasy we desire. I mean I literally throw 5 or 6 grenades in 20 seconds in one of these clips from the mission.
It incorporates infinite powerful buffs and debuffs like Sever, Unravel, Suspend and Woven mail all from strand. Blind from Arc. Void overshields from Void. All while watching pet Moths and Whirling strand maelstroms take out all the enemies for you.
