Due imprenditori e un dirigente comunale di Foggia sono al centro di un’indagine della Procura su presunte irregolarità nella gestione di appalti pubblici in provincia. I militari della guardia di finanza del comando provinciale hanno eseguito una serie di perquisizioni domiciliari e locali, con contestuale sequestro di denaro contante per 700 mila euro.Il provvedimento, emesso dall’autorità giudiziaria, riguarda diversi soggetti indagati a vario titolo per reati che comprendono frode nelle pubbliche forniture, truffa, turbata libertà degli incanti, falso e subappalto non autorizzato. Secondo quanto emerso dalle indagini, le presunte irregolarità sarebbero state commesse durante la fase di esecuzione di vari appalti pubblici in diversi comuni della provincia di Foggia.
