In June 1967, war broke out between Israel and Egypt, soon escalating into a full-blown conflict involving Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Algeria. These nations united to wipe out Israel, using Jordan as a military base.
This historic event became known as the Six-Day War, changing the Middle East forever.
