Wamenaker Noel Jadi Tersangka KPK:Menangis Usai Diperiksa saat Terima Rp3 Miliar dari Sertifikasi K3
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan, Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan, ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi pengurusan sertifikasi K3 di Kemenaker.Bersama Noel, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi juga menetapkan 10 tersangka lainnya dalam kasus ini.
Ketua KPK, Setyo Budiyanto, mengungkap modus para tersangka diduga menerapkan tarif sertifikasi K3 untuk buruh dari Rp275 ribu menjadi Rp6 juta.
Biaya Rp6 juta itu dua kali lipat dari UMR buruh.
KPK menyebut Wamenaker Immanuel Ebenezer diduga menerima uang Rp3 miliar akhir tahun lalu.
Mengenakan rompi oranye, Wamenaker Immanuel Ebenezer keluar dari ruang pemeriksaan KPK sambil menyeka air mata di hadapan wartawan.
