La recente condanna di Castellucci a 12 anni per il disastro del Ponte #Morandi, quello in cui, ricordiamolo, a Genova persero la vita molte persone per l'incuria della manutenzione, riapre il dibattito sulla gestione delle infrastrutture strategiche italiane.

Per comprendere meglio questo dibattito bisogna guardare alla trappola in cui operano i manager delle reti, cioè al conflitto tra una necessità tecnica di manutenzione, da una parte, e la pressione degli azionisti, dall'altra, che vogliono massimizzare i dividendi nel breve termine. Quindi un manager deve decidere se fare quello che il buon senso, oltre che la legge, chiederebbe oppure mantenere la propria seggiola, essere rinnovato e non rischiare di andare a casa perché ha fatto pochi profitti o addirittura delle perdite.
