Solomillo de cerdo al horno en salsa de tomate

Primero preparo la salsa de tomate y, una vez lista, sumerjo en ella los solomillos antes de llevarlos al horno. Así la carne se cocina acompañada de la salsa y conseguimos un plato jugoso, sabroso y de esos que prácticamente se terminan solos mientras el horno hace su trabajo.

Es una manera diferente de preparar el solomillo de cerdo sin recurrir siempre a la plancha o a la sartén. Además, la salsa de tomate que acompaña la carne termina convirtiéndose en una parte fundamental del plato.

Una receta perfecta para una comida familiar, para un domingo o simplemente para esos días en los que apetece meter una fuente en el horno y dejar que la cocina avance sin estar permanentemente pendiente de ella.

Una cebolla
Tres dientes de ajo
Un pimiento rojo
100 ml. de vino blanco seco
Hierbas provenzales
Tomate frito
Sal marina
Pimienta negra molida
