JAKARTA, KOMPASTV Terlapor kasus ijazah Jokowi, Roy Suryo menyampaikan keberatannya atas pernyataan kuasa hukum Jokowi yang menyebut akan terjadi chaos bila ijazah Jokowi ditampilkaan ke publik."Jadi kalau saya mengistilahkan ini logika srimulat, kita tertawakan saja. Mana ada orang punya ijazah asli jadi chaos. Kita tertawakan saja biar masyarakat yang menilai," kata Roy, Senin (16/6/2025).
Lebih lanjut pihak Roy juga mengatakan timnya sudah mengunjungi redaksi Koran Kedaulatan Rakyat.
"Tim ke redaksi KR (Kedaulatan Rakyat). Kami menemukan Bundel KR edisi 1980 tapi yang jahat, tim tidak menemukan Koran edisi bulan Juni, Juli, Agustus karena sudah diambil Bareskrim," kata Roy Suryo.
Lebih lanjut Kuasa Hukum Roy Suryo, Ahmad Khozinudin menyampaikan belum ada satu ketetapan pengadilan yang memberikan deskripsi terkait ijazah Joko Widodo.
"Kami bantah dari kuasa hukum Jokowi dideklarasikan sebagai identik atau asli atas dasar penyelidkan Bareskrim Polri. Ijazah bukan cukup dari deklarasi UGM, Bareskrim, ini sudah jadi sengketa hukum dan pidana," kata Ahmad.
