[FULL] Bivitri Soroti Status Nonaktif Anggota DPR Sahroni-Eko, Siasat Politik Redam Amarah Publik?
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Pakar hukum tata negara, Bivitri Susanti menyoroti status nonaktif Ahmad Sahroni, Eko Patrio, Nafa Urbach hingga Uya Kuya sebagai anggota DPR."Kalau dibilang mereka semacam dipecat dengan segala haknya berhenti, sebenarnya belum. Baru partainya saja yang menonaktifkan. Dia enggak kerja, tapi fasilitasnya, statusnya masih jalan terus sampai pimpinan DPR dan presiden meresmikan," ujar Bivitri kepada KompasTV, pada Kamis (4/9/2025).
Ia menambahkan dalam UU MD3 tidak mengenal istilah nonaktif melainkan pergantian antarwaktu (PAW).
Menurutnya, penonaktifan Sharoni hingga Eko sebagai anggota DPR hanya siasat partai politik meredam kemarahan publik.
"Sebenarnya tidak ada (dalam UU MD3), saya melihatnya ini cara partai politik untuk meredam kemarahan saja," jelasnya.
