Zum Heulen!: Unbekannte klauen 100-Kilo-Friedhofsglocke

Ein Diebstahl sorgt im Rhein-Neckar-Kreis für Entsetzen: Unbekannte Täter haben offenbar die Glocke einer Friedhofskapelle gestohlen. Die mehr als 100 Kilogramm schwere Glocke verschwand aus dem Turm der Kapelle in Edingen. Nach Angaben der Polizei bauten die Täter zunächst den Klöppel aus und ließen die Glocke anschließend über das Dach herab. Dabei wurden auch mehrere Dachziegel beschädigt. Die Gemeinde spricht von einem hohen ideellen Schaden. Die Glocke hatte laut Angaben vor Ort sogar zwei Weltkriege überstanden. Die Ermittler prüfen nun mehrere Hinweise und schließen mehrere Täter nicht aus.
