Ekspresi Arsul Sani Saat Diingatkan Tak Ikut Putuskan Sengketa Pileg PPP

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Wakil Ketua MK Saldi Isra kembali mengingatkan kepada peserta sidang sengketa hasil Pileg 2024 bahwa Hakim Konstitusi Arsul Sani tidak ikut memutus perkara terkait PPP.

Hal itu disampaikan Saldi saat membuka sidang sengketa hasil Pileg 2024 di panel 2, di mana Arsul Sani ikut menyidangkan perkara tersebut, Selasa (30/4/2024).

Saldi pun mengatakan bahwa Arsul Sani juga tidak akan aktif, seperti mengajukan pertanyaan dan melakukan pendalaman saat menyidangkan perkara PPP.

Mendengar penjelasan itu, Arsul Sani tampak senyum-senyum dan tidak berkomentar satu kata pun.

Diketahui, sebelum menjadi hakim konstitusi, Arsul Sani adalah wakil ketua umum PPP.
