“防風鈴（ボウフウリン）”の一員として街の人々との触れ合いを重ね、
獅子頭連との闘いを経て、少しずつ成長していく桜が、級長として新たな敵に立ち向かう！

【STORY】

何人も例外なくボウフウリンが粛清する――！
偏差値は最底辺、ケンカは最強。超不良校として名高い、風鈴（ふうりん）高校。
その「てっぺん」を獲るため、街の“外”からやってきた高校1年生・桜遥。
しかし、現在の風鈴高校は“防風鈴”（ボウフウリン）と名付けられ街を守る集団となっていた。
仲間や街の人々との触れ合いを通して、少しずつ「てっぺん」のあり方が変わり始めた桜。
