Mỹ lo ngại tác động từ quan hệ Nga - Trung - Triều - Iran đến an ninh khu vực và thế giới
PLO | Bộ trưởng Quốc phòng Mỹ Lloyd Austin nhận định quan hệ giữa các nước Nga, Trung Quốc, Iran và Triều Tiên đang ngày càng khắng khít và có thể gây bất ổn cho an ninh khu vực và thế giới.Cụ thể, theo hãng thông tấn Yonhap, điều trần trước Ủy ban Quân vụ Hạ viện hôm 30-4, Bộ trưởng Quốc phòng Mỹ Lloyd Austin nhận định rằng quan hệ giữa các nước Nga, Trung Quốc (TQ), Iran và Triều Tiên đang ngày càng khắng khít. Ông Austin nói, “Washington lo ngại rằng mối quan hệ ngày càng khăng khít giữa TQ, Nga, Triều Tiên và Iran, có thể gây bất ổn cho an ninh khu vực và thế giới. Ví dụ trong xung đột tại Ukraine, Nga đã nhận được tên lửa đạn đạo và đạn dược từ Triều Tiên, máy bay không người lái (UAV) từ Iran, cũng như tăng cường hợp tác với TQ để phát triển ngành công nghiệp quốc phòng. Hay tại Bán đảo Triều Tiên, việc có mối quan hệ tốt với Moscow đã giúp Bình Nhưỡng ngày càng tự tin trong khu vực”. Bộ trưởng Austin còn lưu ý rằng để ngăn chặn các mối quan hệ trên có thể gây ảnh hưởng hòa bình, ổn định khu vực và an ninh thế giới, Mỹ đã tăng cường hợp tác với các đồng minh truyền thống của mình, ví dụ như ký kết các cam kết song phương, ba bên và đa phương với Nhật và Hàn Quốc.
