Film produksi Tiger Wong Entertainment ini dijadwalkan tayang di bioskop Indonesia mulai 11 September 2025.
Sukma menjadi karya kedua Baim sebagai sutradara, sekaligus menegaskan keseriusannya di industri film. Pria yang juga dikenal sebagai aktor dan YouTuber ini memilih genre horor karena merasa "gemas" dan ingin membuat film berkualitas yang bisa dinikmati banyak orang.
Film Sukma mengisahkan tentang Arini (diperankan oleh Luna Maya) dan keluarganya yang pindah ke kota kecil. Kehidupan baru mereka berubah menjadi teror setelah menemukan sebuah cermin kuno yang menyimpan rahasia kelam. Teror ini terkait dengan sosok Bu Sri (Christine Hakim), penjaga rumah yang memiliki ambisi untuk mendapatkan kembali masa mudanya dengan menukar jiwanya melalui cermin.
Film ini bertabur bintang-bintang ternama. Selain Luna Maya dan Christine Hakim, Sukma juga dibintangi oleh Oka Antara, Fedi Nuril (yang debut di genre horor), Kimberly Ryder, hingga Asri Welas. Baim Wong mengungkapkan bahwa ia memilih para pemain ini tanpa melalui proses casting formal. Ia lebih memilih berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap rekam jejak mereka di proyek-proyek sebelumnya, karena yakin mereka cocok dengan karakter yang ia inginkan.
Dalam proses produksinya, Baim Wong sempat menghadapi tantangan besar, terutama terkait penggunaan efek CGI (Computer Generated Imagery). Baim menyebut adegan cermin horor sebagai "musuh" CGI. Ia bahkan sempat ragu dan memberikan ultimatum kepada timnya untuk bisa menghasilkan visual yang bagus, jika tidak, adegan tersebut akan dibuang.
Komitmen Baim Wong terhadap kualitas film Sukma terlihat dari upayanya membuat alur cerita yang sulit ditebak dan penggunaan visual yang matang. Ia ingin film ini menjadi sebuah karya seni yang dapat dibanggakan dan memberikan pengalaman menonton yang berbeda bagi para penonton.
