Ora la macchina si è messa in moto. Il credito d’imposta copre fino al 70% della maggiore spesa per il carburante sostenuta tra marzo e agosto 2026, con una dotazione salita a 480 milioni, e va usato in compensazione con l’F24 entro il 31 dicembre. Le domande presentate sono circa 32mila. Il tavolo del 27 ottobre al ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti è arrivato dopo settimane di blocchi e presìdi dei Tir nel Mezzogiorno, e lì la categoria ha chiesto una cosa sola: trasformare gli stanziamenti in liquidità vera.
Che la distanza tra le due cose sia tutt’altro che un dettaglio lo spiega Claudio Riva, presidente di Confartigianato Trasporti: “Il decreto rappresenta sicuramente un passo positivo, ma dobbiamo essere consapevoli che la sospensione del leasing rinvia un pagamento.
E il credito d’imposta, finché non è effettivamente utilizzabile, non mette denaro in cassa. Per questo abbiamo chiesto innanzitutto di sbloccare rapidamente tutte le risorse già stanziate, con un calendario certo per l’effettiva disponibilità dei crediti”.
Qualcosa in effetti si muove: “I pagamenti sono cominciati, ho notizie di alcune aziende nostre che hanno già ricevuto il credito d’imposta sul cassetto fiscale. Se la media verrà rispettata come ci è stato prospettato, cioè 5.000 imprese pagate al giorno, servono circa 6-7 giorni, perché le imprese che hanno presentato la richiesta sono 32.000”.
Qualcuno aspetta ancora
Dall’altra parte dello Stretto, però, il conto è ancora a zero. “Da quello che mi dicono i pagamenti stanno cominciando ad arrivare. Io personalmente, e le aziende che rappresento come Consorzio autotrasportatori trapanesi, ad oggi non abbiamo percepito ancora nulla”, racconta Vincenzo Aleccia.
