KDM Tutup Tambang Gunung Kuda, Para Pekerja Desak Gubernur Jabar Carikan Lapangan Kerja yang Lain

Penutupan itu dilakukan seusai 14 orang meninggal dan 11 korban masih tertimbun akibat longsor pada Jumat (30/5).
Seusai penutupan tersebut, Dedi Mulyadi diminta mencarikan alternatif pekerjaan lain.
Dikutip dari Tribun Jabar, desakan itu disampaikan warga Cikeduk bernama Yaman (32) saat ditemui pada Sabtu (31/5).
Ia pasrah saat Dedi Mulyadi memutuskan untuk menutup tambang Gunun Kuda.
Pasalnya, ia bekerja sebagai kuli yang memuat batu ke truk untuk diangkut dari Gunung Kuda.
Oleh sebab itu, ia mengaku tak bisa berbuat banyak saat mendengar kabar penutupan tersebut.
Terlebih, Yaman meruapkan saksi hidup peristiwa maut yang memakan korban.
Ia mengaku berada di lokasi saat longsor terjadi hingga belasan orang meninggal.
Meski begitu, Yaman meminta Dedi dan Pemprov Jabar mencarikan alternatif pekerjaan lain.
Pasalnya, ia mengaku tidak tahu akan kerja apa selain menjadi kuli di penambangan tersebut.
"Saya siap pindah kerja, kalau Pak KDM memberikan alternatif pekerjaan lain ketika tambangnya ditutup permanen, karena saya juga enggak tahu kerja apa kalau enggak jadi kuli di sini," ujar Yaman.
