La defensa civil de Gaza ha informado que al menos ocho personas han muerto el 11 de junio en los últimos ataques israelíes contra un edificio residencial. El ataque se produjo justo después de que el Consejo de Seguridad de las Naciones Unidas adoptara una resolución de apoyo al alto el fuego. El esfuerzo ofrece pleno respaldo a un plan en tres fases para poner fin a los combates, devolver a los rehenes y reconstruir el destruido territorio palestino. La presidencia palestina y Hamás acogen con satisfacción dicho plan, pero el primer ministro israelí, Benjamin Netanyahu, asegura que EE.
