Expertos analizan cómo los organismos multilaterales están impulsando el Estado abierto, la transparencia y la lucha contra la corrupción en la región.El fortalecimiento institucional en América Latina exige hoy algo más que voluntad política: requiere cooperación estratégica, marcos multilaterales sólidos y una apuesta decidida por la transparencia y el gobierno abierto.
En un contexto regional marcado por desafíos en integridad pública, digitalización del Estado y confianza ciudadana, comprender el papel de la cooperación internacional se convierte en una competencia clave para quienes trabajan —o aspiran a trabajar— en la gestión pública y la transformación institucional.
