Many wildlife photographers think they need an expensive f/2.8 lens to get creamy bokeh (background blur), but that is a myth.

In this video, I show you why shooting at f/8 can actually create better bokeh than f/2.8... if you understand the secret relationship between Focal Length and Distance.

I break down two photos of a dragonfly taken at the same location (Point Pelee). One is technically sharp but "boring." The other is a portfolio-worthy shot. I explain the 3 Changes I made to transform the image.
