On the 34th day of the war, Iran destroyed a data center belonging to the American company Amazon in Bahrain. In Erbil, Iraq, a British oil company facility was reduced to ashes in a drone attack. Meanwhile, the United States and Israel razed the headquarters of the Revolutionary Guards in Isfahan, Iran.
US President Donald Trump is expected to make a major announcement regarding the war with Iran today. Trump claims that the US military mission in Iran has been successfully completed. Iran has issued an appeal for a ceasefire; however, the bombardment is set to continue until the Strait of Hormuz is fully reopened.
Iran has ruled out any possibility of a ceasefire. Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi stated that Iran places no trust in the United States, emphasizing that no agreement can be reached through the language of threats and ultimatums. President Pezeshkian has posed a question to the American public: Is the US government truly acting in their best interests?
Amidst the ongoing conflict in Iran, Prime Minister Modi convened a meeting of the CCS (Cabinet Committee on Security). He issued directives to ensure that the general public faces no hardships whatsoever as a result of the war. He further instructed officials to take strict measures against black marketing and hoarding, provide accurate information to the public, and prevent the spread of rumors.
