Panja RUU KUHAP DPR Hapus Larangan Siaran Langsung & Menolak Usulan Pencekalan Saksi | Narasi Daily
DPR dan pemerintah sepakat menghapus ketentuan larangan siaran langsung atau publikasi proses persidangan yang sebelumnya tercantum dalam draf Rancangan Undang-Undang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (RUU KUHAP), yakni Pasal 253 ayat (3) dan (4). Kesepakatan ini dicapai dalam rapat Panitia Kerja (Panja) di Gedung DPR RI, Senayan, Jakarta, pada Rabu, 9 Juli 2025.Selain itu, DPR menolak usulan pemerintah yang ingin mengatur larangan bepergian ke luar negeri bagi saksi.
Dalam draf RUU KUHAP versi pemerintah, Pasal 84 huruf A memuat ketentuan larangan bagi tersangka atau saksi untuk meninggalkan wilayah Indonesia sebagai bagian dari proses penyidikan.
