我們常把改變的風險算得很仔細，卻忘了把維持現狀的消耗一起算進去。重來可能失去收入、身分與熟悉的生活；不重來，也可能繼續付出時間、健康，以及對未來的期待。
這一集《一天聽一點》，我會從自己多次重來的經驗談起：從體育系、業務工作，到心理學研究所與創業，我曾經放下收入與掌聲，也經歷過將近十年的低潮。當同學開始買房、升主管，我還在重新準備考試。當時的我，當然也想知道結局；可惜人生不像統計，沒有標準答案可以翻。
我們會一起看看，為什麼想清楚所有結果，反而可能讓人遲遲無法前進？過去投入的努力，換了方向就得全部作廢嗎？又該如何分辨，哪些代價值得承擔，哪些風險可以先用小規模的嘗試來了解？
作為人生教練，我在意的，是陪一個人分清害怕、想像與現實條件，知道自己願意拿什麼去換什麼，讓選擇有依據，也有行動的空間。
