What is your number one regret when it comes to your training? That’s the question that Jesse asked members at his local gym and the answers he got were revealing. These gym goers shared what they personally felt was the biggest mistake that they made since they had started training and what they have done to change and fix their mistakes.

You might find that some of the answers in this video might be similar to some regrets you might have or mistakes that you’ve made since you started working out.
