Pasalnya dalam unggahan di akun Instagram @nationalsecurity.id mempublikasikan hasil autopsi dari "Divisi Forensik NSA" yang menyebut penyebab kematian ADP.
Di unggahan tersebut dikatakan bahwa ADP tewas bukan karena bunuh diri.
Dari tubuhnya ditemukan ada luka memar, selain itu juga ada tanda menyerupai simbol di bagian perut kiri bawah korban yang masih belum teridentivikasi.
Lantas menanggapi berita viral itu, Kompolnas langsung buka suara dalam wawancara di Polda Metro Jaya pada Selasa (22/7/2025).
Dalam keterangannya, Komisioner Kompolnas, Choirul Anam membantah berita yang beredar.
Ia menegaskan bahwa hasil resmi autopsi atas kematian ADP belum keluar sama sekali.
Anam menyebut bahwa dirinya menghargai keterlibatan publik atas analisa kasus sebagai bentuk kontrol sosial.
Akan tetapi ia menekankan untuk pentingnya memberikan informasi berbasis fakta, agar tak menghambat proses penegakan hukum.
Lebih lanjut, Anam menyatakan bahwa hingga saat ini, penyidik sudah mengumpulkan sejumlah bukti atas kasus kematian ADP pada 7 Juli 2025 lalu.
Ia mengaku bahwa jejak digital serta kesaksian sejumlah pihak terkait telah berhasil dikumpulkan.
Selain itu, Anam mengungkap bahwa timnya telah melakukan pelacakan terhadap sejumlah spektrum tempat, selain kos-kosan korban.
Menurutnya sejauh ini tak ada tanda-tanda kerusakan yang ditemukan pada furnitur maupun struktur kamar korban.
