Macri impulsa agenda legislativa diferenciada en el Congreso, centrada en ley "ficha limpia" y reforma electoral, manteniendo identidad del PRO frente a Milei.
Buscando mantener su identidad partidaria y preparando el terreno para futuras contiendas electorales, el líder del PRO, Mauricio Macri, diseña una serie de iniciativas legislativas para marcar una agenda levemente diferenciada en el Congreso y establecer una posición clara frente al presidente Javier Milei y su partido, La Libertad Avanza.

A pesar de ser “aliados naturales” en algunos temas, Macri busca evitar una fusión completa del PRO con el oficialismo de Milei. El expresidente está dispuesto a negociar un acuerdo con el libertario, pero sin sacrificar la identidad de su partido.

Entre las iniciativas que el PRO prevé impulsar en el Congreso se destaca la ley de “ficha limpia”, que prohibiría las candidaturas de personas condenadas por corrupción. Además, el partido busca avanzar con una reforma electoral para implementar la boleta única, una propuesta que actualmente se encuentra estancada en el Senado. También desean habilitar el voto por correspondencia para residentes extranjeros, una opción eliminada por el gobierno del Frente de Todos.

Aunque el PRO coincide con el Gobierno en aspectos clave, como la reducción de la edad de imputabilidad, desea que estos temas reciban un tratamiento legislativo más acelerado. Existen también otras diferencias de este estilo, como las referidas a la política exterior: Macri considera que Milei no debería limitarse a mantener vínculos internacionales exclusivamente con referentes y partidos de derecha.
